Nicole Durler-Montant is the Partnership Engagement & Development Coordinator at National Diversity Council. Prior to their current role, Nicole was an intern at Fundación de Ayuda contra la Drogadicción and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador. During their time as an intern, Nicole was responsible for researching potential donors, writing action plans, and participating in key meetings and conferences. Nicole was also a key participant in the daily and weekly team meetings. Nicole is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others. Nicole is committed to their work and takes pride in their accomplishments.

Nicole Durler-Montant has a Master's degree in Social Intervention in Societies of Knowledge from Universidad de La Rioja, a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ming Chuan University, and a High School Diploma from Freedom High School. Nicole has also completed a course in Creation of Social Impact Projects from Learning by Helping, a course in The Sustainable Development Goals – A global, transdisciplinary vision for the future from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, and a course in Chinese Language Studies from National Chengchi University.
