Joe Kellams

Joe Kellams serves as President and CEO of United Electric Company, Inc. since May 2020 and holds the position of Governor and Board Member for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) since January 2022. An active participant in the electrical industry, Joe has been a member of the National Training Institute Advisory Committee for electrical training ALLIANCE since August 2006. Prior roles include Executive Director of NECA from February 2016 to May 2020 and Executive Vice President for the Southern Indiana Chapter of NECA from September 2014 to February 2016. Additionally, Joe contributed as a Board Member for the ACE Mentor Program from March 2012 to August 2014 and as Executive Vice President for the Louisville Chapter of NECA until August 2014. Joe Kellams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Southern Indiana between 1992 and 1998.
