Lex Bearden

Lex Bearden is an experienced IT Systems Integration Specialist currently employed at the National Employment Law Project since August 2022. Previously, Lex held the position of Senior Data & Technology Manager at United for Respect from November 2018 to August 2022, and served as Technology Development Manager at the National Domestic Workers Alliance from September 2017 to November 2018. Earlier roles include Digital Organizer at Calvert Street Group and Organizer at NationBuilder, as well as a Specialist at Apple Inc. Lex holds a Master of Education in Community Development & Action from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University.
