Grace Gan

Grace Gan is an experienced professional in behavioral insights and data analysis, currently serving as Executive Manager at the National Environment Agency since July 2015, where leadership is provided to a project team focused on designing and piloting behaviorally-informed interventions. Previous roles at the agency include Manager and Senior Executive in Behavioral Insights, where significant work was done on designing nudge interventions and evaluating their effectiveness using statistical methods. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive in Statistics and Data Analysis, contributing to policy formulation through evidence-based recommendations.
