Melanie Niemeyer is an experienced Asset Manager who has worked with various companies such as National Equity Fund, PNC, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, and Leland Consulting Group. With an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Development from Portland State University, along with a BA in Fine Art from Oregon State University, Melanie specializes in managing LIHTC multifamily properties, financial analysis, data collection, underwriting, due diligence, and client relations.
