Terry Burm has held various leadership positions in the field of community development and affordable housing lending. They have experience as a Vice President in several companies such as National Equity Fund, Inc., US Bank Affordable Housing Lending, and Chase. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Lending and NMTC at National Community Investment Fund. Terry also worked as a Senior Lending Officer at Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc. and held roles at Independent Consultant and MERRILL LYNCH. Their expertise lies in non LIHTC initiatives, consulting, and community development lending.
