Csilla Roper is a Group Exercise Instructor at Friends Homes, Inc. and holds certifications as a Certified Group Exercise Instructor from NETA. csilla has extensive experience in providing patient care for individuals suffering from chronic conditions through postural reeducation, ergonomic advising, exercise, and neuromuscular therapy. Prior to their current role, Csilla worked as a physical therapy technician at Integrative Therapies and as a Wellness Assistant at Heritage Greens Independent Senior Living. csilla's background also includes sales experience at Systel and working as a Commercial Assistant at the US Embassy in Budapest. Csilla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from the University of Pecs, Hungary, and is a Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist.
