Felichia S. has extensive experience in recruitment and program management, currently serving as a Recruiter/Program Specialist at the National Older Worker Career Center, Inc. (NOWCC) since June 2019. Prior to this role, Felichia worked as a Licensed Realtor at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. for a brief period in 2019 and spent a decade in project management at Mercer from February 2008 to December 2018. Felichia is also a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and has an educational background from Strayer University.
