Graham Price has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Graham has worked for National Express LTD since 2010, starting as a Customer Services Team Manager and progressing to various management roles. In their most recent position as Head of Customer Experience, Graham is responsible for leading the customer experience strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enhancing all elements of the customer journey. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Customer Experience Manager, National Retail Manager, Retail Distribution Manager, and held other management positions within the company.
