Adas Rico Wojtulewicz-Richmond

Adas Rico Wojtulewicz-Richmond currently serves as Head of Policy and Market Insight at the National Federation of Builders (NFB), where responsibilities include supporting hundreds of companies with regulatory updates and market insights to enhance productivity. With a background in policy reform, Adas also works closely with governmental and industry boards, including the Construction Leadership Council. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor at ConnectCommunities, where innovative projects addressed social issues, and extensive experience in various positions such as Employment Coach within the NHS, Campaigner for local elections, and Lobbyist/Development Consultant with Aston Arena CIC. Adas holds a BA in Society and Cities from Sheffield Hallam University and has a strong history of community engagement and service delivery across multiple sectors.
