Kathy Barber

Kathy Barber has extensive work experience in government affairs and legislative roles. Kathy began their career in 2008 as the Executive Director of the Texas Federation of Drug Stores and concurrently served as the Vice President of Government Relations for the Texas Retailers Association. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Legislative Director at the National Federation of Independent Business. Most recently, Kathy has been working at Caterpillar Inc. in the Government Affairs department since 2014.

Kathy Barber's education history includes a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
