Patti Gregory-Chang has over 30 years of experience as Senior Counsel at the City of Chicago Law Department, starting in November 1988 and ending in September 2016. Patti is currently working as the Director of Outreach at the National Federation of the Blind, starting in September 2016.
Patti Gregory-Chang obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Special Education from Michigan State University, studying there from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at the University of Chicago Law School, from 1985 to 1988.
