Elena Rodriguez

Elena Rodriguez currently serves as the Compliance Manager and Manager of Grants Administration at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, where responsibilities include reviewing grants for accuracy and implementing policies to support grant recipients. Previously, Elena held the role of Grants Administrator, focusing on documentation and advisory tasks related to grant management. Prior experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA Community Development Specialist for the City of Renton, where community engagement was leveraged to address challenges in the Benson Hill Community. Elena's career began as a Research Assistant at the WWU Center for Economic and Business Research, analyzing economic data and generating reports. Elena is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at The George Washington University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Western Washington University.
