Mark Bowen is the current Regulatory Program Manager at the National Fisheries Institute since April 2015. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Program Manager at Excellence Through Stewardship from October 2008 to September 2014, where Mark was part of a team that grew a plant biotechnology stewardship program into a global organization. Mark also has experience as a Manager, Industry Information at the U.S. Apple Association from 2004 to 2008. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
