Kelly Kerner

Kelly Kerner has over 25 years of professional experience in operations, production management, and engineering. From 1993 to 1997, they worked as a Senior Packaging Engineer at United Technologies Automotive, where they achieved $750K in cost savings through implementing returnable packaging with Toyota, Nissan, Ford, and Chrysler. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at Lear Corporation in various roles, including Operations Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer. In 2005, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as Manager of PPI Business Systems and Director of Manufacturing/Manufacturing Manager. Since 2016, they have been employed at FlavorSum as Director of Operations & Site Leader and Production Manager.

Kelly Kerner received their Bachelor's Degree in Packaging from Michigan State University in 1992 and their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wayne State University in 2002.
