Kevin John has been working in the food industry since 2009. Kevin began their career as a Sample Coordinator at AGAT Laboratories, where they were responsible for receiving new samples for analysis from clients, preparing samples, and performing various quality control procedures. In 2010, they were promoted to Laboratory Analyst at AGAT Laboratories, where they performed analysis using various laboratory analytical machines and prepared soil and water samples for analysis. In 2011, they accepted a position as Laboratory Assistant at Compagnie Parento Ltd., where they assisted in multiple projects that involved the creation of aromatic chemicals and performed extensive quality control on all raw materials and products. In 2012, they moved to Bonnie & Don Flavours Inc. as a Food Technologist, where they performed thorough analysis on production samples and generated technical and other regulatory documents for QC. Finally, in 2015, they joined FlavorSum as Quality Manager and Food Safety and QA Supervisor.
Kevin John attended Ryerson University from 2006-2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
