Sana Waqar

Sana Waqar has over 16 years of experience in the Research and Development sector at National Foods Limited, currently serving as the Head of Research & Development since April 2007. In this role, Sana leads new product development, line extensions, and cost transformation projects, utilizing advanced Stage Gate software. Previous positions include overseeing packaging needs and implementing the company's Innovation Agenda to achieve growth and quality targets. Sana has also managed complex projects while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Educational credentials include an M.Sc in Food Science and Technology from Karachi University and a background in pre-engineering and computer science.
