Hollie Marston has extensive work experience in the field of workforce solutions, impact and learning, and research analysis. Hollie is currently the Network Director at the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Hollie worked at FSG, where they held various roles including Director of Talent Rewire, Lead Facilitator of the Retail Opportunity Network, Associate Director of Impact & Learning, and Senior Manager of Impact and Learning. Hollie also worked as a Senior Consultant at CF Insights. Before joining FSG, Hollie was the Assistant Director of Research at KLD Research & Analytics (now MSCI), and prior to that, they served as a Research Analyst at KLD Research & Analytics. Hollie's experience spans over two decades and encompasses a range of responsibilities in the areas of workforce development, impact measurement, and research analysis.

Hollie Marston obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1994 to 1998. Hollie majored in Women's Studies and Social Thought & Political Economy during their time at the university. Hollie then pursued higher education at the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Policy.
