Carlos Ituarte has worked in various roles since 1998. Carlos began their career at AT&T as a Sales Manager and Center Sales Manager, where they were accountable for the coaching and mentoring of a sales team and conducted employee trainings. Carlos was also responsible for reviewing sales and marketing information and was awarded as the fastest growing sales. In 2012, they became an independent consultant and key strategic member of the sales and acquisition development team at WIFI WIRELESS INC. where they were responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, consumer demand trends, and technology transition. In 2008, they were a Partner/C.E.O. at Home Solutions INC. where they developed and executed upon business operations and developed a culture of sales focusing on the 3 key indicators of service. In 2013, they joined National Funding as a Leasing Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager Working Capital.

Carlos Ituarte has a varied educational background. Carlos attended Marian Catholic High School, and then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2010. Carlos later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Scaling a Business: How to Build a USD 1 Billion+ Unicorn" from Emeritus in July 2022.
