Frederick Vale has over six years of experience in the Information Technology field. Frederick began their career in 2015 as an IT Specialist at California First National Bank, where they specialized in IT Customer Success and Salesforce CRM Admin. In 2017, they moved to Mitchell International as a Systems Specialist II, where they lead ISO 27001 Audit team, SCCM & Powershell automation, and Palo Alto Networks cutover. Frederick also earned the highest service KPIs for Q4 2017 and Q1 2018. In 2018, they joined QuickBridge as an Information Technology Supervisor, Senior System Administrator, and System Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for the Infrastructure Stack, which included Amazon Web Services, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, VMware vSphere, Cisco iOS, Win 201X Server, CentOS Linux, OpenBSD, MSSQL, PagerDuty, Veeam, ProofPoint, Jira, CrowdStrike, Twilio, Zendesk, OKTA, Salesforce, & Office 365. Frederick also had experience in scripting with Powershell, Bash, and Python. Most recently, they joined National Funding in 2021 as an Information Technology Supervisor.

Frederick Vale obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University. In December 2018, they also completed the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
