Teresa H.

Teresa H. has over 30 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Teresa began their career in 1991 as a Lending Compliance Specialist at USE Credit Union. In 2003, they moved to San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union as a Manager of Loan Servicing and Compliance. In 2011, they joined California Coast Credit Union as a BSA & Compliance Officer, Manager of Business Continuity, where they managed Compliance, BSA, and Business Continuity staff, chaired BCP Steering Committee, and acted as a legal liaison. In 2017, they moved to LPL Financial as a Technical and Compliance Analyst. In 2018, they joined Axos Bank as a BSA/AML Specialist. In 2020, they joined Hatch Bank as a Compliance Manager and BSA Officer. Currently, Teresa is the Compliance Director at National Funding, where they are committed to providing scalable and sustainable financing to help small businesses succeed.

Teresa H. is currently enrolled at San Diego State University, where they are studying Political Science and Government. Teresa has also obtained two certifications: an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) and a CRVPM Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager from Compliance Education Institute, LLC.
