Gompo Tashi

Gompo Tashi is a skilled compliance professional currently serving as a Senior Compliance Examiner II at the National Futures Association since June 2021, following a series of progressive roles within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where oversight of communications and the establishment of a peer mentorship program were key responsibilities. Additionally, Gompo was a Business Development Intern at Carbonbase, contributing to marketing initiatives and organizing the first CUNY Climate Conference. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Hunter College, complemented by a minor in Psychology and Business Studies.
