Uma Shivde, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago. Since June 2022, Uma has served as a Professional Development Specialist II at the National Futures Association, having progressed from Professional Development Specialist I to Professional Development Intern within the organization. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Assurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company in the summer of 2021, and a Human Resources Summer Internship at Chicago White Metal Casting, Inc. in 2019. Uma has developed a diverse skill set in human resource functions through these roles.
