Rucelle Soutar

Rucelle Soutar was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Scottish Football Association in January 2021. Prior to that Rucelle spent 7 years at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo initially as Head of Finance and latterly as the Chief Operating Officer. Rucelle is a Chartered Accountant who has also held other senior financial roles in the public and private sector. She has a breadth of commercial, audit and risk management experience, as well a keen interest in sports, arts and culture.
