Douglas Chow

Douglas Chow is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at the National Gallery of Canada, Chow led a successful media campaign for the 2023 Sobey Art Award, achieving substantial media exposure. Previously, as Senior Manager of Communications at Grand Challenges Canada, Chow increased news media exposure and oversaw the launch of a $40M youth mental health initiative. Additional roles include Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Just For Laughs, Corporate Spokesperson at CBC/Radio-Canada, and Head of Public Relations at Telefilm Canada, demonstrating a consistent track record of effective communication strategies.
