Shannon Carroll

Shannon Carroll is an experienced professional in the art and gallery management sector, currently serving as Gallery and Studio Manager at Kevin Lowery Gallery & Studio since April 2024. Shannon's background includes roles as a Tour Guide and Information Desk Assistant at the National Gallery of Ireland, along with a position as Collections Management Project Lead at Dublin City Council Culture Company. Participation in the Emerging Curator Development Programme at Kilkenny County Council and a Curatorial Scholarship at The LAB Gallery enhanced Shannon's curatorial expertise, complemented by hands-on experience as Front of House Manager and staff at the Belfast Photo Festival. Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Art Research and Collaboration from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, a Master of Arts in Art History: Collections & Curating from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree in History of Art & Architecture and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.
