Nick Isham

Nick Isham currently serves as the Head of End User Services at National Gas Transmission since April 2022 and has been with National Grid since September 2013 as the Global Collaboration Lead for End User Services, where responsibilities include the development of collaboration platforms, unified communications, and enterprise mobility. Prior to these roles, Nick held positions at CSC from May 2006 to July 2013, including Service Strategy Manager and Service Executive, focusing on service delivery management for National Grid in finance, shared services, and corporate sectors. Nick also worked as the Technical Site Lead at National Grid Headquarters and is an alumnus of Heart of England.
