Richard Adams has extensive experience in IT service management and education. Currently serving as Head of End User Services at Oxford University Press since March 2018, Richard has held several leadership roles, including End User Computing Delivery Manager and Global Technology Performance Manager. Previously, Richard led the development and delivery of training programs as Head of Education at Firebrand Training from June 2015 to August 2017. At The Open University, Richard established and directed the IT Service Quality and Assurance function and managed a large team in IT Service Delivery, impacting over 5000 staff. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University and has completed various ITIL training programs.
