Paul S. has extensive work experience in the technology and IT industry. Paul is currently working as the Vulnerability Management Delivery Lead and Technical Program Manager at National General, where they are responsible for managing and delivering complex cybersecurity projects and programs.

Prior to their current role, Paul worked at IBM as an Associate Partner Program/Project Management & Service Delivery, where they played a key role in increasing and expanding the IBM Hybrid Cloud Services Growth Platform. Paul also engaged with strategic partners and led hybrid cloud transformations using Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat Hybrid Cloud infrastructure ecosystem.

Before joining IBM, Paul worked at Lumen Technologies as a Senior Client Strategist SLED, where they provided thought leadership in complex business-IT transformations, platform modernization, and digital transformation. Paul also developed strategic technical initiatives and effectively communicated with C-level clients.

Paul also gained experience as a Senior Technology Strategist and Senior Technical Program Manager at Lumen Technologies and NWN Carousel respectively. Additionally, they worked at CenturyLink, Wipro, and Capgemini, where they held various roles related to client engagement management, technology program management, and service delivery.

Paul has also obtained several certifications, including "Generative AI and watsonx for IBM Consulting" and "Hybrid Cloud Knowledge Leader" from IBM in July 2023. In May 2023, they received the "IBM Cloud Advocate Certification Hyper Scaler Certification" from IBM. In March 2023, they completed the "IBM Cloud Advocate Essentials" certification. Prior to that, in September 2022, Paul obtained the "AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business)" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition, they achieved the "(Accreditation) Red Hat Sales Specialist - Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure II" and "(Accreditation) Red Hat Sales Specialist - Red Hat OpenShift on Microsoft Azure" certifications from Red Hat in September 2022.
