Todd Merritt

Todd Merritt has a diverse work experience with various roles in the software development industry. Todd started their career as a Senior Programmer/Network Analyst at Leads2Results, Inc. in 2001 and worked there until 2006. During this time, they also owned their own company, MediaNutz, LLC. In 2006, Todd joined Dental Plans as a Software Engineer where they converted existing proprietary applications to .NET architecture and implemented new software and websites. In 2008, they worked as a Software Development Consultant at Industrial Planning Technology, INC, completing contracts that involved developing multi-user web services and Xbox 360 controller functionality. In 2010, Todd had multiple roles including Software Engineer at MovieTickets.com where they redesigned and implemented a custom Banner Rotation Application, and Software Engineer II at Kroll where they supported existing legacy applications. In 2012, they joined Cigna-HealthSpring as an App Development Sr. Specialist, focusing on supporting existing legacy applications as well. Todd then moved on to National General Insurance in 2018, where they held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, and currently serves as the Lead Software Developer.

Todd Merritt obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Enterprise Software Architecture from Capella University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Kaplan University where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus on Programming.
