Karolina Kępska

Karolina Kępska is an experienced Marketing Manager currently working at National Geographic Learning ELT since October 2021, where responsibilities include supporting Key Account Managers in promoting products and managing communication strategy aligned with company goals. Additionally, Karolina has been with Nowa Era Sp. z o.o. since May 2018, overseeing communication efforts for National Geographic Learning Polska. Karolina also acts as a Teacher Trainer, providing methodological training and mentoring since November 2016. Previous roles include serving as Director of Methodology and Training at MM Publication from May 2017 to April 2018, and as Senior Methodologist and Teacher Trainer at Mała Lingua & Lingua Teens Space from January 2016 to May 2017, where project coordination and quality oversight were key responsibilities. Karolina holds a Postgraduate Degree in Service Design from Uniwersytet SWPS and has pursued doctoral studies in Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching from CJE-NKJO w Częstochowie.
