Karen Greenfield

Karen Greenfield has extensive work experience in the media industry, particularly with National Geographic Partners, Nat Geo WILD, and National Geographic Channel. Karen'smost recent role is Senior Vice President, Content, Diversity & Inclusion at National Geographic Partners, which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Business & Production Operations at National Geographic Partners from 2018.

Before joining National Geographic Partners, Karen worked at Nat Geo WILD as Vice President, Production & Business Operations, where they managed the network's programming budget, participated in the greenlight process, and oversaw contract and budget negotiations. Karen also served as the Director of Production, where they established operational standards and managed media systems.

Karen's career started with America's Most Wanted as a Production Assistant in 1995.

Karen Greenfield attended Matoaca High School from 1987 to 1991. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1995.
