Miriam Kamya

Director, Strategic Partnerships at National Geographic Society

Miriam Kamya is the current Director of Strategic Partnerships at National Geographic Society. Before that, Miriam held the position of Director of Development at Charter School Growth Fund, and as Director of Philanthropy and External Affairs at Saga Education. Miriam has a strong background in securing funding for educational programs and developing strategic partnerships. Miriam also has experience in research, data analysis, and project management in various roles at organizations such as the Center for Technology and Civic Life, Big Shoulders Fund, and the White House Visitors Office. Miriam holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
