Karen Greenfield

Karen Greenfield is an accomplished television executive with extensive experience in production and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Inclusive Content & Engagement at The Walt Disney Company since June 2022, Karen also holds the position of Senior Vice President for Business & Production Operations at National Geographic Partners, which has been since January 2018. Over the years, Karen has contributed significantly to Nat Geo WILD as Vice President of Production & Business Operations since April 2012, where responsibilities include managing a multi-million dollar programming budget and participating in the greenlight process for programming initiatives. Previously, Karen held a Director role overseeing production standards at Disney General Entertainment Content, and began a career in television as a Production Assistant at America's Most Wanted in 1995. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland.
