Mia Stawinski

Mia Stawinski is a creative professional with extensive experience in photography, filmmaking, and web design. Currently serving as a Sony Europe Imaging Creator since July 2024, Mia also holds the position of Creative Director and Underwater + Topside Photographer & Filmmaker at Wander Vicariously Inc since January 2017, where collaboration with sustainable brands and non-profits is a focus. As the Founder of the Wander Vicariously Foundation launched in August 2018, Mia crafts narratives on global issues related to sustainability and wildlife conservation. Additionally, Mia leads photography workshops as an Expedition Leader for National Geographic Student Expeditions. Previous roles include being a Sony Ambassador and a Freelance Photographer for Booking.com, as well as diverse positions in production and design, backed by a solid educational foundation from institutions such as UCLA and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
