Nadia Hughes

Nadia Hughes has extensive experience in the field of photography and visual content management, having worked with National Geographic since June 1996 in roles such as Manager of Image Collection Visual Content and Senior Photo Editor for National Geographic Creative. In these positions, Nadia is responsible for researching, editing, and creating tailored packages for both advertising and editorial clients, as well as editing photographers' stories for the permanent collection. Prior to joining National Geographic, Nadia gained relevant experience as an intern at Jan Armor Photography in June 1994. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from American University, where studies were undertaken from 1990 to 1994, and also had educational experiences at Roger Williams University in 1992.
