David Pallas

David Pallas currently serves as a Senior Technical Advisor and Partner Engagement Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where advisory roles focus on integrating Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) into warfighting capabilities through collaboration on technology and training initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Office of Naval Intelligence, where David managed GEOINT operations and facilitated analytical support, and the Fleet Intelligence Detachment, providing critical intelligence products for maritime operations. David's earlier roles in the US Navy included Senior Intelligence Analyst positions, contributing significantly to operational effectiveness in various theaters. David holds a Master of Arts in Global Security from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from American Military University.
