Isaac Lowe currently serves as Program Director for Space and Counterspace at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since March 2023. Prior to this role, Isaac was the Chief Technology Officer for the Intelligence Directorate at U.S. Space Command from August 2021 to July 2023. Isaac's experience includes serving as a National Security Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School in 2020, and holding various leadership positions at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from 2010 to 2020, including Director and Deputy Director of the Technical Analysis Center. Isaac also worked as an Intelligence Analyst at the United States Department of Defense from 1999 to 2010 and at the United States Air Force from 1996 to 1999. Educational background includes a degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
