Kenny Rios

Kenny Rios, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Kenny currently serves as the Campus Recruitment Team Lead at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where they are responsible for leading and executing a university talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Diversity Recruitment Program Manager at NGA.

Before joining NGA, Kenny worked as the Training and Development Program Manager at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Kenny also has extensive experience at NGA, where they served as a University Recruitment Lead, Executive Officer, and Senior Intel Watch Officer. In these roles, Kenny demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and administrative skills, providing support to division and office level leadership.

Kenny's career began in the United States Army, where they served as a Sergeant and Imagery Analyst. Kenny played a crucial role in providing critical imagery support during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Throughout their career, Kenny has been recognized for their outstanding performance and professionalism, receiving letters of commendation and consistently displaying strong competencies in leadership, ethics, and communication.

Kenny Rios, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on Organizational & Human Development from Strayer University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Wesleyan University. In addition to their education, Kenny Rios also holds certifications such as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Professional Certification from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
