Caitlin Rochon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and policy advisory roles, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Initiatives in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer at Durham Region. Previously, Caitlin held positions such as Policy Advisor and Emergency Management Coordinator within the same office. Caitlin's career also includes a tenure at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat as a Senior Advisor and various roles at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, including Project Coordinator and Program Coordinator in flood management. Currently pursuing a degree at Western University, Caitlin is also enhancing expertise with a certificate in Generative AI for Leaders from Ontario Tech University.
