Leanne R. Rutherford

Leanne R. Rutherford has extensive work experience in various roles related to education and training.

Leanne R. began their career as an Instructional Systems Specialist Intern at the Department of Army in 2003. Leanne R. later worked as a Training Evaluator and Quality Assurance Consultant, where they advised on accreditation standards and conducted analysis of survey results and educational needs.

In 2008, Leanne became the Director of Learning Innovation at the Department of Army, where they directed the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of education and training products and services. Leanne R. also administered course design and delivery on the Army Learning Management System.

In 2014, Leanne joined the Hawaii State Department of Education as an Institutional Analyst III-Program Manager. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance for the state longitudinal data system, including maintenance, enhancement, and system upgrades.

Most recently, Leanne is the Lead Education Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, starting in 2020. Further details about this role were not provided.
