Martha Durcan

Martha Durcan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Martha began their career at Aon Hewitt in 1997 as a System Project Manager, where they led a team and provided system solutions for clients. Martha then progressed to become a Delivery Group Manager, overseeing Quality Assurance activities for multiple teams. In 2005, they transitioned into the role of Software Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for managing quality assurance activities for various projects. Martha later became a Business Technical Analyst, working closely with stakeholders to identify and translate business needs. Martha's most recent position was at National Gift Card Corp. (NGC) as the Executive Vice President of International and Quality, where they developed strategic and operational plans for international markets and collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch and expand business.

Martha Durcan pursued their education at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1990 to 1994. During this period, they attained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business.
