Sytease Geib

Sytease Geib is currently serving as the Skills-Driven States Project Manager (Contracted) for the National Governors Association since December 2023, focusing on project management within the NGA Skills portfolio and coordinating efforts with the National Skills Advisory Network. Previous experience includes the role of Vice President of Development at Big Sky Bravery, where a strategic fundraising plan was created, and WorkEx Director at the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, managing a customized internship program for transitioning service members. Additionally, during tenure as the VP of Workforce Development at the same chamber, Sytease led initiatives to enhance workforce investment and improve job quality. Early career roles included Account Manager at Arc Staffing Solutions, providing career counseling, and Visual Manager at Hollister Co., overseeing retail operations. Sytease holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University, completed in 2009.
