Alex Zhukovsky has over two decades of experience in energy risk management and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Energy Portfolio Risk Management at National Grid since 2005, Alex specializes in energy risk management, advanced risk metrics, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Alex was a Principal Software Engineer at KeySpan Energy Corp., focusing on software design and workforce management. Additional experience includes leadership positions at SynQuest and as a Senior Researcher at SUNY at Stony Brook. Alex holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Hydrotechnical Institute in St. Petersburg and a Master’s degree in Business Management & Policy from the W. Averell Harriman School at SUNY Stony Brook.
