Anusha Srihari Arva

Anusha Srihari Arva is a skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and regulatory roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as the T3 Regulatory Submissions Manager at National Grid since September 2019, Anusha has held multiple positions including Net Zero Strategy and Policy Manager (Secondment) and Lead Innovation Engineer. Anusha contributed as a Working Group Member for CIGRE on enhancing weather parameter measurements for overhead line rating prediction from September 2020 to March 2023. Prior to this, Anusha worked as a Research Engineer at Le Laboratoire des Sciences du Numérique de Nantes, focusing on renewable energy integration and stability studies, and completed a Master’s thesis on power system oscillations. Earlier in the career, Anusha held various roles including a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte India and a Data Sample Provider at MyScript®. Anusha holds a Master's degree in Automatic Control, Robotics and Applied Informatics from Centrale Nantes and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
