Carolyn Scibelli

Carolyn Scibelli is an experienced program manager currently working at Long Island Power Authority since December 2023, focusing on performance management. With a background at National Grid since January 2019 as Lead Program Manager, Carolyn oversees the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Programs in New York City and Long Island, encompassing various initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency. Prior to this role, Carolyn served as Program Coordinator for the Residential Energy Affordability Partnership at Lockheed Martin from March 2016 to January 2019, which supported income-eligible customers in reducing energy costs.
