Charles Derosa

Charles DeRosa has extensive experience in the tax and finance sectors, currently serving as Vice President of US Tax at National Grid since 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the US tax function and driving department transformation initiatives. Prior roles at National Grid from 2008 to 2018 encompassed positions such as Vice President of US Treasurer and Corporate Controller. At AIG (2001-2007), Charles DeRosa headed US Tax Reporting and Compliance, focusing on global tax accounting and compliance for the financial services division. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Tax and Special Projects at Reliance/Northfork Bancorporation and a progression from Staff to Senior Manager at KPMG, highlighting proficiency in financial audits and tax services.
