Erik Molinaro

Erik Molinaro currently serves as the VP of Digital Experience & Customer Service at National Grid since September 2025, leading customer experience transformation initiatives in the U.S. Previously, Erik was the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations at Nexamp from February 2021 to August 2025, overseeing customer experience initiatives and operations for solar and energy storage solutions. Prior to that, Erik spent nearly 20 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance in various senior leadership roles, including Senior Executive Manager of U.S. Sales Support & Offshore Vendor Quality, where management of over 150 employees was key, and Senior Product Owner of Contact Center Technology, leading an Agile transformation team. Erik holds an MBA and an MS in Management Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, as well as a BS in Environmental Science and Political Science from Marist University.
