Ingrida Vengalyte

Ingrida Vengalyte has extensive experience in production management and lean consulting, primarily with Jacobs since May 2016. Currently serving as DCO Production Management Lead for the National Grid on the Norwich to Tilbury project, previous roles include leading production management for various DCO projects and providing lean consulting services for entities such as Essex County Council and National Highways. Ingrida has effectively implemented lean principles and collaborative processes across diverse projects, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Klaipeda University.
