Mahraz Amini

Mahraz Amini is an accomplished professional in electric power systems and market analytics, currently serving as a Manager of Market Analytics at National Grid since February 2019. In this role, Mahraz contributes to the development and review of business strategies and collaborates with stakeholders on regulated and unregulated strategies. Previously, Mahraz held positions including Lead Analyst and Electrical Power Systems Engineer, earning recognition with the Gold Award for contributions to the deployment of EV chargers. Mahraz's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electric Power Systems from the University of Vermont, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Tehran.
